I am circling around God, around the ancient tower, and I have been circling for a thousand years and I still don’t know if I am a falcon, or a great storm, or a great song.

~Rainer M. Rilke~

I am available for counseling and psychotherapy in person or by phone.  And while I specialize in helping people survive their grief, I can also help you to find yourself after loss or improve your relationships.  I look forward to talking with and meeting you soon: maryjanebrant@gmail.com

 CHANGING TIDES COUNSELING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY

Mary Jane Hurley Brant, M.S., CGP - For 30 years I have worked as a Human Relations Counselor with a concentration in Jungian studies and depth psychology. I am  a Certified Group Psychotherapist and Leader of Simple Abundance Seminars and Workshops.  I have worked with hundreds of individuals, couples and groups to bring a deeper understanding and meaning into their lives.  I have also worked over two decades with hospice patients who while dying have taught me much about the meaning of life.  My spiritual calling is to serve God by helping people live with great courage, define and meet personal goals, learn to be more honest with themselves and others, and discover their true and loving spirits.   My private practice is in Bryn Mawr, PA right off of the Blue Route.

My book  When Every Day Matters: A Mother’s Memoir on Love, Loss and Life was published on October 1, 2008 by Simple Abundance Press, Sarah Ban Breathnach, author of Simple Abundance: A Daybook of Comfort and Joy, publisher. In January, 2009  I signed a contract for foreign rights with St. Pauls and Better Yourself Books in Mumbai, India for the book in the English version.  When Every Day Matters will be marketed and distributed in India, Sri ALanka, The Philippines, Malaysia, and Africa.  I ask for your prayers for its success in touching and helping others.

I would love to hear from you!
